Transferable skills including:hard and soft

The ''transferable skills'', are a set of abilities presented on every person. It is not possible to quantify these qualities such as the creativity, professionalism, learning skills, verbal and written communication, capacity to work in group, leadership..These are just many of the transferable skills, that may be required for a job. Moreover, it is possible to develop through the time these qualities and use these during our daily life.
There are also other categories of skills : hard skills and soft skills 
Hard skills : these represent the specific abilities needed to do a job,for example the capacity to use writing program for a writer such as: Windows, or other software, earning a degree or a certificate,  Is it possible to achieve those abilities through study from school and books and practise and these type of skills are countable such as math.
Soft skills : these are the interpersonal skills, and refer to the person's knowledge and occupational area. In practical terms these identify the person rather than what they know. These described peoples's EQ" ''Emotional Intelligence Quotient". This category refers to a person's behaviour with others how the act and their relationships.
