This concept according to the Oxford Dictionary definition, is "the combined power of a group of things when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately".
This process, give the possibility to professionals of different sectors to collaborate together creating with their skills a new way to work, where the final result become great thanks to the union of different ideas also between opposite sectors.
